To be able to take my whirlwind ideas and my husband’s specific requests, and turn them into the dream wedding that was an amazing balance of the both of us is EVERYTHING. Our wedding was originally at a venue that was devastated by the floods in September in Lyons, Colorado. With only 2 weeks before the wedding we were able to obtain a beautiful venue that changed a bit of the layout of the wedding. Renee not only reshaped the plans but also took the stress that I was experiencing and allowed me to be the queen for the day. You cannot ask for a better planner than Posh-itively Perfect Events.

Renee truly made our dreams come true. I really thought the planning process was going to be a nightmare but she made it so much fun. I walked into my wedding day doing whatever bride should do, living in the moment and enjoying it. My husband and I did not worry about a thing. We also had Renee style our engagement shoot and those pictures are magazine worthy, she made us feel like movie stars and we are absolutely in love. We hired Renee and Posh-itively Perfect Events as our wedding coordinators last minute when we realized there was no way we could accomplish our wedding details ourselves. After meeting with Renee and her team, we immediately felt relieved. We were in WAY over our heads trying to coordinate a beach wedding at sunset in Laguna Beach with a large wedding party and over 200 guests. Looking back, had we not hired Posh-itively Perfect Events, our wedding day would have been beyond stressful on myself and the groom and a logistical disaster for our guests. The team was able to keep our large wedding party organized and at designated areas on time as well. What was nice was they were able to do so while not playing the drill sergeant wedding planner like I’ve experienced before in other weddings. The entire team made absolute sure that everything was exactly the way we wanted it, which was extremely difficult given the location on the beach and the 2 hour time slot we had from the city. Renee and her team were able to place all of our props & extra touches that completed our perfect beach wedding. We were grateful also that Renee stayed behind after our bride and groom pictures on the beach to snap one of our favorite pictures of the whole wedding as we boarded the Laguna Beach Trolley to our reception.
While we paid for a wedding coordinator at our reception venue, we didn’t realize that the coordinator supplied by the venue is really more for the coordination of their own staff, not for our actual reception details. Renee also saved the day when she checked in on the venue and quickly realized the table cloths we ordered through the venue were not going to work. It looked like a hospital banquet room! She was able to locate linens that were more of the style we were looking for last minute and reasonably priced. The reception had some tricky moments as well as we transitioned 200 guests upstairs for cocktails and speeches while the reception room for transformed from DJ set up to a surprise band. This could have been a stressful moment, but it was a seamless transition and our guests were very surprised !
We were so grateful that we hired Posh-itively Perfect Events to coordinate our wedding and would highly recommend them to any bride and groom. Their obvious experience is reassuring and provides a relaxing overtone for the bride and groom. Had Renee and her team not been there on our wedding day, I honestly think I would have been a wreck, as well as my husband. Let their experienced team take control so that you can enjoy your wedding day with your loved ones. It was the BEST decision we made during our wedding planning!!!!!!

I was truly in awe of the experience I had with Posh-itively Perfect Events and my wedding was perfect in every way!!! Renee was so easy to work with; I would drop some ideas and hints of what I was looking for and she would take the ball and run with it!
